Booking

All Appointment are scheduled by phone or text. Your spot is only confirmed once we agree on date, time, and service details.

Deposits 

A Deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes towards your total service cost and is non-refundable if the appointment is missed or canceled late.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours'  notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of deposit.

Vehicle Condition 

Pricing is based on normal vehicle condition. Extra charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, sand, mold, or heavy buildup. Any adjustments will be discussed before work begins.

Arrival Policy

Please have your vehicle ready at the agreed time. If we arrive and the vehicle is not accessible, a fee may apply for the missed appointment.

Weather

Mobile services depend on safe working conditions. Appointments may be reschedule due to rain, storms, or unsafe weather.

Payment

Payment is due immediately after service completion unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods: Cash, Zelle, Cash App, or other agreed forms.

If you have any concerns, contact us within 24 hours after service so we can address them properly.
